Follow these simple steps to complete your affiliate profile and start earning rewards. Ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays in processing.
Profile
Enter your personal details to create your affiliate profile. This includes your name, email, and basic information.
Address
Provide your residential or business address for LLC, for verification purposes. This helps us ensure seamless communication and payouts.
Additional information
Share your company name if using a LLC, for better collaboration. If you are not using LLC, skip this step.
Payout Method
If you are an Employee or Contractor of Certified Tattoo Academy, you are required to choose ACH (direct deposit) as your payment method to receive your commission payments.
Please provide your bank information:
Payee Name: Enter your name exactly as it appears on your bank account.
If you're using an LLC, ensure it matches the account details.
Bank Account & Routing Number: When retrieving your routing number, if you see multiple options, use the one labeled "Paper & Electronic Transactions."
Do not use the wire transfer routing number.
